Andrew Gary Jennissen, 31, of St. Cloud, Minn. — April 8, 2018, offense: felony first-degree sales of 17 grams or more of cocaine or meth within a 90-day period; 125 months in prison; $160 fees. April 16, 2018, offense: felony third-degree possession of a narcotic drug other than heroin; 60 months in prison, concurrent with other sentence.

Keiontay S. Bryant, 22, of Riverdale, Ill. — Aug. 15, 2018, offense: felony second-degree possession of 6 grams of more of heroin; 48 months in prison, stayed for three years; 55 days in jail, credit for 36 days served; three years supervised probation; treatment.

Phillip John Terwey, 34, of Duluth — Nov. 12, 2017, offense: felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance; 15 months in prison, stayed for three years; three years supervised probation; 70 days in jail, credit for 70 days served; $210 fees; make three job contacts per week until gainfully employed or attend college full time; treatment.

William Bancroft Lovejoy, 32, of Cloquet — April 5, 2018, offense: felony third-degree sale of narcotics; three years supervised probation; seven days in jail, credit for seven days served; $780 fee.

Alisha Marie Defoe, 28, of Brookston — May 10, 2017, offense: felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance; three years supervised probation; 90 days in jail, credit for 13 days served; $210 fees; attend counseling; treatment.

Terry Ray Jackson, 55, of Rush City, Minn. — March 30, 2017, offense: felony third-degree assault; 26 months in prison; $160 fees.

Michael Jose Lara, 36, of Duluth — Dec. 3, 2017, offense: felony receiving stolen property; 19 months in prison, stayed for three years; 108 days in jail, credit for 72 days served; three years supervised probation; $210 fees; treatment; Sentence to Service.

Ray Michael Coulter, 49, of Carlton — felony pattern of stalking; 28 months in prison, stayed for three years; 130 days in jail, credit for 87 days served; three years supervised probation; $210 fees; complete Domestic Abuse Intervention Project.

Trey Evan Mitchell, 25, of Cloquet — felony third-degree assault; three years supervised probation; 126 days in jail, credit for 84 days served; $210 fees; make three job contacts per week until gainfully employed or attend college full time; six months on Confinement Alternative Program; treatment.

Peter Harold Stevens Jr., 26, of Cloquet — Sept. 8, 2018, offense: felony terroristic threats; 23 months in prison; $160 fees.

John Bradley Thompson, 36, of Federal Dam, Minn. — Dec. 16, 2017, offense: felony threats of violence; 21 months in prison, stayed for three years; five days in jail, credit for five days served; $210 fees; three years supervised probation; treatment.

Kyle Allen Voigt, 33, of Sandstone, Minn. — Sept. 27, 2017, offense: felony receiving stolen property; 53 days in jail, credit for 53 days served; three years supervised probation; treatment; $4,851.41 fees.

Justin Roy Defoe, 36, of Cloquet — March 31, 2018, offense: felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance; 19 months in prison, stayed for three years; three years supervised probation; $210 fees; 44 days in jail, credit for 44 days served; treatment.

Oct. 17

Nicholas Jon Thraenert, 25, of Embarrass, Minn. — Sept. 4, 2018, offense: felony first-degree possession of 50 grams or more of cocaine of methamphetamine; 86 months in prison; $160 fees.

Oct. 18

Dawn Marie Clemons, 39, of Hermantown — June 2, 2016, offense: felony financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult; three years supervised probation; $8,225.87 fees; serve six months in Carlton County jail or female offender program with 33 days credit due to Oct. 15, 2018, probation violation.

Oct. 19

Cheyenne Allen Smith, 25, of Cloquet — March 18, 2017, offense: felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance; three years supervised probation; $210 fees; 343 days in jail, credit for 229 days served, due to Oct. 18, 2018, probation violation.

Shaylee Mary Jackson, 26, of Onamia, Minn. — felony theft of a motor vehicle; three years supervised probation; $210 fees; 210 days in jail, can be released early directly into treatment and balance of sentence will be stayed.
