Public invited to ‘Check Out 4-H’
All youth and parents who would like to know more about 4-H are invited to “Check Out 4-H” nights Oct. 15 and 16 from 6-7 p.m. at the Carlton County Extension Office, 317 Chestnut Ave., Carlton.
Youth and staff will hand out 4-H information, explain 4-H projects and answer questions about 4-H.
Carlton County 4-H, a program of the University of Minnesota Extension, is open to all youth
from kindergarten to one year past grade 12. 4-H clubs and events are led by adult and youth
volunteers. There are over 50 projects to sign up for in 4-H, from learning about raising animals, to shooting sports, to youth leadership.
